Integrative approach

Psychodynamic: explores the unconscious, bringing hidden meanings or patterns of painful, forgotten feelings and experiences into the open. This can help you become more aware of how significant relationships and experiences in the past, including childhood, may have contributed to some of the problems you are currently experiencing in your personal life, including emotions, feelings, and thinking and behavioural patterns.

Existential/phenomenological: explores internal conflicts about death, freedom, isolation and meaninglessness, together with the way you consciously experience things and the meaning these things have for you.

Person-Centred: believes that you have the natural capacity to grow, self-direct and become who you want to be given the right conditions or environment.
